At BeautyDrip, we are committed to delivering a highly personalized, physician-guided wellness experience rooted in quality, safety, and exceptional care.

Because many of our products and protocols involve prescription-related wellness treatments, all orders are subject to medical review, processing, and regulatory guidelines. For this reason, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

Prescription & Physician-Guided Products

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, we are generally unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on prescription-related products, wellness protocols, compounded medications, or personalized treatment plans.

This policy exists to protect the integrity and safety of all physician-guided treatments and complies with applicable pharmacy and healthcare regulations.

Consultations & Medical Approval

All BeautyDrip protocols include a personalized wellness consultation with our medical team. During your consultation, our providers will review your goals, health history, lifestyle factors, and any questions or concerns to ensure you feel informed and comfortable before beginning treatment.

Please note:

  • Placement of an order does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
  • All protocols are prescribed solely at the discretion of the licensed medical provider.
  • If a provider determines a protocol is not medically appropriate, our team will discuss alternative options or next steps with you.

Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

If you wish to request a cancellation or modification, please contact our support team as soon as possible at tara@beautydrip.co.

While we cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun, we will always do our best to review requests on a case-by-case basis prior to fulfillment and shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

BeautyDrip is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.

Due to the temperature-sensitive and personalized nature of many wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on shipped products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tara@beautydrip.co and include photos of the packaging and product so our team can assist promptly.
