Tara Turnure is the founder and CEO of BeautyDrip, a luxury wellness & beauty brand at the forefront of science backed, concierge-style solutions designed to help people look, feel, and live their absolute best. A model, TV personality, and media entrepreneur, Tara blends her deep industry experience with a personal passion for transformative wellness.
Her journey to founding BeautyDrip began after giving birth to twins, when she faced a series of health challenges familiar to many women - hormonal imbalances, insulin resistance, weight gain, and chronic inflammation. Despite years in the beauty and wellness spotlight, she found few effective answers - until she discovered the power of functional medicine, GLP-1 therapies, and targeted peptide protocols. After losing over 40 pounds and reclaiming her vitality, Tara launched BeautyDrip in July 2024 to offer others the same science-driven, high-touch wellness experience.
Tara is also the creator of The
Model Mama, a lifestyle and wellness platform she launched in 2018. With over 125,000 followers, she has become a trusted voice in the beauty and wellness space, partnering with global brands including Revolve, YSL Beauty, Daxxify, and Four Seasons Hotels. Prior to her success in digital media, Tara held the title of Miss Washington USA and built her career as a fashion model and on-air host for Fox Sports.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing & Communications from Northeastern University, and brings a rare blend of creative vision, brand strategy, and firsthand wellness and beauty expertise to everything she builds.

Her unique background bridges time-honored healing traditions with cutting-edge science, offering patients a truly integrative path to optimal wellness.
Before entering the medical field, Dr. Passic traveled the world as a highly sought-after fitness instructor, specializing in Pilates and core strength training—an experience that deepened her understanding of the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for transformation.
Today, she brings that same passion to her clinical work, with a focus on environmental medicine, gut health, and hormone optimization. She firmly believes that a toxic environment creates a toxic body, and she approaches healing through a multifaceted lens: detoxification, lifestyle optimization, individualized nutrition, and advanced peptide therapies such as GLP-1s.

A passionate advocate for holistic health and well-being, Lauren has not only shaped brands—she’s built them from the ground up. As the founder of multiple product-based wellness companies, she has led everything from formulation and packaging to brand identity and go-to-market execution, turning bold ideas into best-selling, beloved products.
At BeautyDrip, Lauren leads with intention—driving sales strategy, curating immersive experiences, and cultivating partnerships that elevate the brand’s presence in the luxury wellness space.
